SLA with Customer Service Centre

    We have recently opened our customer service centre, and they are now dealing with all our Rev & Ben customers. (Lucky them!)
    I am now trying to get an SLA set up between Revs & Bens and the CSC.

    Has anyone an SLA that they would be willing to share, I would be very grateful!


    I am looking at creating an SLA between ourselves (Benefits) and our corporate customer services team. I’ll be working on this next month and will share with you what I come up with …. however, if someone out there already has one, rather than have to reinvent the wheel, I’d be grateful if you could let me have a copy.
