    Hello, I’ve got a quick query that I’d like some help on.

    Claimant is sponsoring partner, who has no recourse to public funds and has been in UK since 2005. Partner is working full-time as he has been allocated a NINO and claimant does not work at all.

    Am I right in thinking that they are entitled to benefit? I don’t recall any restrictions in this ype of scenario but I can never remember exactly and my head is starting to hurt.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    As long as the claimant is not a PFA and they both have NINO’s then you can pay
