Please can anyone help?

I am looking for some notes/guidance for assessment staff to use when dealing with claims ie what to look for in a possible contrived/non commercial tenancy/living together/undeclared income and/or capital.

I think Synergy do unlimited access to training materials, it could be worth giving them a call.
