I have a pensioner who is disagreeing with the rate of SRP used in her claim.  Her gross rate is £134.91 but is reduced considerably by an adjustment.

CIS says the reduction is due to "Overlapping BEN (personal) payable rate and U/T WB".  Has anyone any idea what this means and what rate of SRP I should be using?

She does have 2 private pensions as well as a war widows pension.
