    Hello all,

I wonder if anyone can assist me?

Our LA has been disappointed with the low accuracy figure we have recently been reporting in our stats 128 return- and we fear that we may be being too strict in our interpretation of what is, or is not, an accurate claim.

Does anyone have any kind of notes/guidance on what should be deemed a correct claim, or incorrect claim for these stats?

And if so could i please ask for a copy?

    Thanks

Takes you to guidance on stats128 completion. We look at the benefit calculation and would appear to be in a similar position to you. We like to think that we have been thorough and our figure for the year turns out at around 94%.

This is in stark contrast to our 4% management checks which are 97% accuracy. Personally, I stake more by the regular management checks as these represent current work, with existing staff that we have trained up.

Still we could always correct the errors and run the report again 😉
