    I’ve just had a listing through for an overpayment appeal I submitted months ago that had been held due to the staying of all overpayment appeals after the Tribunal of Commissioners decision.

    has anyone heard anything about the ‘staying’ being lifted?

    We received a direction from a District Chairman on 31/08/06 attached was a letter which advised The President of the Social Security and Child Support Appeals has now decided that all related appeals should now be heard.

    The Chairmans direction gave us 28 days to reply. We did so and all our cases have now been listed for hearings.
