    Can anyone point me in the right direction? – I’m trying to find a copy of the decision in Birmingham CC v Birmingham VCCT and Adamson (QBD) 1993.
    I understand that it deals with the issue of private unsupervised study being taken into account as part of the 21 hours required to be classed as a full time student.
