    Hi

    Does any Local Authorities know anything about Regulation 63 (1) of The HB Regs 2006.

    This relates to the extra student disregard that can be considered but is often overlooked.

    We have used this regulation and have come across a few problems on the definition of this regulation.

    Has anyone successfully used this regulation.
