does anyone know if there are new TAS 1’s out there with the new name Tribunal Service on them, the places I’ve contacted so far can’t give me an answer.

If so, does anyone have the link to the order form, as I have lost it

    cheers

I have not seen anything with the new address and the DWP website is still showing the normal TAS1 available for downloading without any changes.

And the Tribunals Service is still sending stuff out calling themselves The Appeals Service.

TAS (sorry TTS) in Cardiff have told me that new stationery is going to be produced but that any existing stuff carrying the TAS logo can still be used.

As per our TUG meeting yesterday I was told by our District Chairman to use up old stock first before requesting any new forms.

We usually just print the AT37 and TAS1 forms that were circulated in PDF format when they last changed the TAS1, as whenever we order forms we don’t seem to get them, so our stocks won’t run out. Does anyone have the new ones in PDF format (or a similar easily printable format)?

    Cheers

According to the district chair at our TUG meeting a couple of weeks ago the plans to change the stationary etc are in the pipeline but will not be changing anytime soon.

She said that the changes would be made as a drip effect regarding the stationary and the new leaflets that are being produced.

From what I could gather I got the impression that TTS had a lot of printed stationary to be used up first and that they were happy for us to carry on using it.

Not sure if this has been mentioned elsewhere but you can order the new TAS1’s now:-

Spoke with Meads today and have been advised that they don’t know of or have any TAS 1 HB, TAS 1 HB R or TAS 1 Overseas forms and so, naturally, couldn’t supply them. Then i tried to contact Rob Day (per Bulletin G7/06) and was advised that these forms are still being printed and haven’t yet been passed to Meads. Wasn’t given a timescale as to when this was likely.

    😕

That’s the address for Meads! Unless the situation has changed since yesterday you’ll likely get the same answer.

It is the information that was provided in the latest bulletin.

Yes aosulliv, it is the latest information bulletin G7/06 that advises LAs to contact Meads after “Monday 17th July” to order the new TAS 1 forms but this instruction from the DWP appears to be premature, as Meads didn’t have or even know of the TAS 1 forms when i spoke with them yesterday.
I’m not suggesting that they aren’t the ones to contact for ordering the forms, just that there appears to have been a breakdown in communication between them and the DWP that means there aren’t any forms in stock that can be ordered for the time being.
