At my LA we currently do interventions by visit with a few postal interventions targeted at specific things. We want to start doing telephone interventions to see how they compare on cost/success. We are a Northgate site with Civica DIPS.
I’m not looking to reinvent the wheel so does anybody do telephone interventions at the moment that would be prepared to share their process maps/documents/procedures?
Also, if anybody has any views on telephone interventions (good or bad) when compared to visits/postal I’d be interested to hear them
