    We are going to carry out some telephone reviews to assess their effectiveness in discovering changes to meet PM10.

    I’ve suggested that we write to advise customers that we will be calling as we used to at the DWP, but the powers that be want us to do them unannounced as it will cost less. I have concerns about the effectiveness of this and also with the constant reminders to be on our guard about revealing personal information to prevent Identity Fraud whether anyone will actually talk to us.

    Has anyone tried to carry out unannounced telephone reviews, and if so how effective were they, what problems occurred?
