    I was wondering whether someone could share how they deal with time limits on new claims. We are trying to improve our days to process and have looked at why our claims are taking so long

    A semi decision has been made to allow one month from first point of contact to supply claim form/evidence and any queries for outstanding info to be given a time limit to the end of that month. Our claim form is very clear re one month.

    If we do not receive evidence/form etc then remove as defective write to claimant then if they send in details the following month then revise our decision.

    Can someone advise whether this is cosha/above board etc. Thanks 🙄
