newly appointed to a training officer role and need to work on a Training Needs analysis and a training plan.
I had printed off the DWP New Entrant plan but can’t seem to find a web version anywhere so wondered if anyone had a link they would be willing to send me?
Also, if anyone has done a TNA or training plan for new entrants to HB that they would be willing to share, I ( and my new trainee’s!) would be most grateful!
