Hi all,

I wonder if anyone out there could help me please!

I am a relatively inexperienced training officer at RCT and I’m looking to develop an excel database to collect information/errors from various sources (QA checks, subsidy/audit, fraud, ETNA etc). I would like the database to act as a ‘hub’ for identifying training needs/issues which would allow me to create an effective training programme.

Does anyone have something similar in place that they use and would be willing to share the template with me or know of a company that can supply me with something? Or any general advice would also be greatfully appreciated!
