    A quick query (hopefully) re the above.

    Claimant on LA travellers site in receipt of full HB, sister arrives in a separate caravan but moves to the same site. Does a non-dep charge apply in respect of the site rent ?

    If yes, are there any Comms decisions to back this up ?
