    Clmt turns 60 on 17/6/06. RP awarded from 20/6/06.
    Should the new applicable amount be effective from 17/6/06 but the RP only from 20/6/06?

    Since the changes occur in different weeks and are not related to uprating, I would increase the applicable amount from Monday 19 June and the income change from Monday 26 June.

    Is there any entitlement to Guarantee Credit?

    No entitlement to GC yet. With the RP start date i wondered if that also fell into the ‘relevant benefit’ category so could start same day, but thinking about it, don’t think it does, so 26/6/06 it is
