I think can award the unent but just double checking.
claim had ctb overpayment from 2002 to 2004 and this was actioned in 2004. oct 2006 he wrote in to say he underlying ent to carers allowance. checked history and we were notified via nhb3 in 2004 he had ent ent to carers allowance but this was not actioned on the claim at the time it occurred. amended claim back to 2004 and this created undepayment. he has now advised us he was ent to underlying ent of carers allowance from 2002 but we were not aware of this till 2004.
can we take claim back to 2002 for underlying ent of carers allowance.
