    Hi,

    the screen which academy uses for underlying entitlement does not work properly, and we were interested to know how other sites deal with awarding u/e.

    Are you referring to the new hb3725 (Award Underlying Entitlement) frame introduced in Release 52 as part of the 2008 Development fund.

    There are a few entries on the latest ‘known issues’ list from Academy that are pencilled in for correction in Release 53 & 54.

    See also https://hbinfo.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17262 that refers to when the income details for the UE result in more HB entitlement for the UE period.

    I have found that if the UE can’t be processed via the new frame, sometimes it can if you use the old non-DevFund 2008 UE Award frame (hb3730) ?

    What exactly do you mean by ‘does not work properly’ ?
