    This still refers to the old HB/CTB Regs. Does anyone know whether it has been amended at all, and if so the SI number containing the amendments?

    Is this covered by reg 4 of the consequential provisions regs

    I suppose that does cover it. Just seemed odd that they went to the trouble of amending all the other amending Regs due to come into force in April (5 sets of them by my count) to refer to the consolidated Regs, but left the uprating to the generality of CP Reg 4. Perhaps it’s because the uprating was only in draft when the consolidated Regs came into force, whereas the other amendments had already been issued in advance.
