    Hi,

    Can anyone please advise the best providers for New Starter training, ideally an ‘A-Z of Benefits’.

    Unfortunately we are unable to train new starters ourselves as we dont have a training officer or capacity to deal with this. We are willing to release the new starter to attend training, or for the training provider to come to Boston.

    I think Shelter would be your best bet – they did my initial training.

    HBinfo (i.e. OCS) appears to offer an in-house course for new starters.

    Declaration for transparency: I undertake work through OCS. However, I have no vested interest in the new-starters course and have no knowledge of the content / presentation (other than on the flyer). In turn, the above info is produced on a “for information” basis only.
