    Hi Everyone,

    I’m currently reviewing our telephone review procedure and wondered if anyone was currenly using VRA.
    I’m interested in obtaining a copy of the ‘script’ used – so I can get a feel for the flow and the ‘open’ questions that are used.

    If anyone has such a script and would be prepared to share I would be very grateful.

    Anyone considering Voice Risk Analysis might want to look at the paper below:

    The authors claim that VRA cannot work as suggested by the suppliers and is functional purely as an intimidatory device.
