Who makes the decision on vulnerability payments

    I am interested to know after we have had a couple of years & some of LHA who is making the decisions in your LA’s on payment to landlord.

    Do you have them go to a specialist person/team for consistency or are assessors experienced (and trusted) enough to make the decisions as part of the assessment period?

    I am also interested to know what peoples’ standard review periods are for looking at cases where the l/l is paid direct if anyone has changed their policy since inception?
