Public Sector Partnership Services are undergoing an incredible period of transformation. Part of this has seen the development of a new Revenues & Benefits Customer Contact Team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop within our Revenues & Benefits Customer Contact team and make a difference to how customers interact with their local authority, working within Public Sector Partnership Services Ltd. If you would like to join a fast paced, dynamic company and grow your own potential whilst helping others, please read on!

As part of this new team you will become an integral part of the fantastic service we provide to our customers across the wider PSPS geography encompassing Boston Borough, East Lindsey and South Holland residents – supporting with any queries relating to Council Tax, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support.

You will need:

· Minimum one years experience working in a customer focused environment

· Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills such as being able to demonstrate empathybut assertive where necessary.

· GCSE Level C or above (or equivalent) in English, Maths and ICT

· Strong ICT Skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
