Two full time (37 hours per week) permanent opportunities commencing as soon as possible
Grade 10, £21,151 to £26,584 per annum

 

Be part of our successful Fraud Team to review Council Tax Discounts and Exemptions in support of the team objectives.

 

Key responsibilities of the roles:

  • Knowledge of case law relating to Council Tax
  • Experience of Capita and Civica
  • Ability to analyse facts and information
  • Write reports and provide evidence for court
  • Willing to use new information technology
  • Update computer systems & records
  • Professional customer service
  • To work to personal and team targets
  • Ability to work from home
