Data and Performance Analyst

We are currently in the process of moving offices, your temporary workplace will be Manby until the move in January 2023

We are looking for someone who can bring experience, new ideas and a fresh outlook to our busy Revenues and Benefit service who are committed to always improving our systems, processes, and performance. We are introducing this new role of Data and Performance Analyst to help us achieve our goals.

Typical duties are:

  • Carry out analysis across a broad range of data and information, helping us to develop and maintain high standard and efficient reporting processes
  • Help us develop and maintain robust and efficient reporting systems that provide us with the business data and information needed
  • Look for new and improved ways to support continuous service improvement and efficiency

To be successful, you should have:

  • Experience of analysing data and information and drawing conclusions
  • Advanced Excel Skills, with a good knowledge of formulas and functions
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to present complex data to a range of audience
  • Ability to use own initiative to develop methods of work to achieve defined outcomes
  • Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workload in a busy environment, responding effectively to changing priorities.

Whilst experience in a Revenues and/or Benefits service environment would be beneficial this is not essential.

Salary range / grade: £19,520 - £26,931
