ABOUT THE TEAM

The Managed Application Service team provide support to our customers using the Capita ONE revenues and benefits application, both on premise & in our SaaS environment, we’re the world leading experts in how our product is used and apply that knowledge to enhance our customers’ experience in using the software.  

WHAT IS THE JOB ROLE?

As a member of the Managed Application Service team, you will be one of the primary points of contact between Capita and our customers using this service. You should be technically minded as you will be responsible for responding to, investigating and resolving customer inquiries regarding a range of services, including writing bespoke SQL reports, completing management returns, data cleansing and extracting data for freedom of information purposes.

As this service is delivered remotely, you will be home based.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You will need:

  • At least 3 years’ experience on the Capita ONE Revenues & Benefits application.
  • Ideally you will have experience in SQL
  • The ability to analyse and solve problems.
  • To be able to work effectively whilst meeting demanding deadlines.
  • A flexible attitude towards work.
  • An enthusiastic and self-motivated outlook.
  • To be able to work on your own initiative.
  • To build strong customer relationships, with the goal of improving the customer journey.
