You will be:

The ideal candidate will have:
- Ideally some experience of working within a Revenue & Benefit or Debt Recovery setting.
- The ability to learn, retain and apply often complex legislation.
- Good communication skills, both in person, on the phone or in writing.
- A good attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to remain calm and work well under pressure.
- Good organisational skills.
- Good I.T skills ie Microsoft Office.
- The ability to be adaptable to change.
