Revenues and Benefits Officers

Calling all talented revenues, benefits, debt recovery, financial advice and customer service professionals! We are looking for passionate, highly-motivated individuals to join our award-winning Resident and Business Support Service. We have a number of flexible full time, part time and temporary posts available to suit your circumstances.

What we need from you: previous experience of working in revenues, benefits or debt recovery, or exemplary proven experience in customer service, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail. You will be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and be a real team player.

You will have responsibility for a caseload which will include customer contact through multiple channels including our phone lines and in-person contact centre, personally ensuring all cases are dealt with to conclusion in accordance with all relevant statutory regulations, policies and procedures.
