We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoys working to deadlines in a pressurised environment.

Being able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team is essential.

The post holder will possess good IT skills as well as have attention to detail. The post holder will be responsible for updating accounts accurately.

Helping customers in writing, by telephone and occasionally face-to-face. You will be negotiating arrangements to clear arrears, whilst using your problem-solving skills. You will need good mathematical skills and be able to deal with matters in an assertive but empathetic manner, often having to interpret complex information clearly to customers.

A background in a customer service or debt recovery environment would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.

The successful candidate will be subject to a DBS clearance and three years employment referencing.
