The Benefits Service is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable benefits professional to fill a new post. The postholder will be responsible for assisting management in maintaining quality and performance standards among the Benefits Officers and also for the delivery of appropriate training to both new starters and existing Officers. The successful applicant will be expected to deliver training which meets the learning needs of a large team successfully, both in person and remotely.
The recruitment process will involve a face-to-face interview and a 30 minute presentation by applicants.
Interviews to be held in week commencing 17/07/2022 at the Civic Centre.
