We are looking for a dynamic, customer focussed individual to be part of our Service Delivery Casework team.  You will mainly be dealing with Council Tax and Housing Benefit customers and related work. Whilst experience of working within a Revenues or Benefits team would be desirable, what is essential is that you have:

  • A strong customer focus
  • A positive “can do” attitude to help us deliver the highest standards of service to our customers
  • Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Attention to detail, with good levels of accuracy.

About this role

As a Service Delivery Caseworker, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate, professional and timely case management service to our customers across a range of service areas and activities
  • Undertaking non-complex casework that require an understanding of relevant service processes, regulations and legislation
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Ensuring strict confidentiality is maintained, and data protection rules are followed
  • Promoting and Supporting Customer Self Service
  • Identifying improvements in customer and service provision
