The Council provides an exemplary revenues and benefits service supported by highly experienced and skilled teams and a customer first approach. The post holder will be the professional lead on all Council Tax, Business Rates, Benefit and Recovery issues.

We are seeking suitably knowledgeable, experienced candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate, mentor and motivate staff to deliver high levels of performance.

Please note that this post, after 12 months employment, will be eligible to apply for Assistant Director status which provides an enhanced salary and benefits.
