Systems and Reconciliation Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated individual to join our Revenues and Benefits Services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of systems administration, software and financial reconciliations to support the delivery of Revenues and Benefits Services.

They will help to provide effective, efficient and economic administration of the Council Tax, Business Rates and Housing Benefits systems, and work with the teams to help deliver the billing and collection of local taxation, the system administration and payment of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support, and help to ensure the provision of a first class Revenues & Benefits Service in accordance with legislation, local policies and strategies.
