The Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2013

Note the changes to PFA rules in relation to the prescribed requirementments to the scheme. Plus the amendments to rates for those of pensionable age only (working age schemes are for individual LA's to decide upon and vote on).
