Edition 2 of The Housing Report issued today finds ministers will need to significantly up their game to achieve their objective of meeting the nation’s housing needs and aspirations.

Edition 1 of The Housing Report issued in October 2011 concluded the Government achieved four red lights, on housing supply, homelessness, help with housing costs and the affordability of the private rented sector and that a rethink may be required to correct the direction of policy.
