This course is designed for customer services & visiting officers, new benefits assessors and those who need to know how the welfare benefit system works and what benefits their HB/CTB customers can get.

Fee: £199 for HBINFO members, £225 for non-HBINFO members. Book three places, get a fourth one free (free places may be carried forward and used on any subsequent HBINFO training event).  This fee covers refreshments, lunch and all training materials.
