If (1) the trading arm is incorporated as a company or society with its own legal personality, and (2) the trading arm is named as landlord on the tenancy agreement and (3) the trading arm is not a registered HA in its own right, then yes it would be LHA.

Unless they are very small and very local, I think you could safely name them here without disclosing anyone’s personal information – might help the hive mind to nail this if we know who the parent HA is and who the trading arm is
