Another thing that we are "missing" in our "mish-mash" scheme …
In the latest amendments to the prescribed requirements: Part 3 paragraph 4 (c): "in the definition of "member of the work-related activity group", for "claimant" substitute "person"". We can't find this to amend. The footnote for this amendment refers simply to "2014 anaw 4", which appears to relate to Wales and also has no applicable provision.
