Thanks P and Chris. Yes, I read it exactly that way, Chris. Just doubting myself, as usual, wondering whether something has changed since A19/2005 that I have missed. Unusual for L&W to be so blatantly wrong on an issue that does not seem partiicularly complex – cf drawdowns from private pensions!
