I have asked DWP about revising a termination decision where the claimant claims UC and then fails the HRT. I received this unsatisfactory reply;
“The gateway to make a HB claim is closed, so these claimants cannot revert.
They have the right to ask for a reconsideration of the HRT decision or can appeal if they think the decision is incorrect.
There are many reason why claimants fail HRT. They can of course make a further claim if their circumstances change.”
