My line manager has asked if i can find CH14192005 as he has been told to use this to strengthen a current Reg 9 case he is handling.

In short its something to do with a Housing Benefit Officer who set up a tenancy for her disabled son.

    I cant find it either.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I posted here as the old board is currently unavailable.

Kevin you never fail to astound me with your quick and accurate responses!!!!

How do you do it!!! Funnily enough I said to my boss about ten minutes ago that the best way to get help on something like this was to post on here and this is a great example!

Thanks again and where did you find it? Is there a site you tend to use that you can recommend for us fledglings 😆

    LOL Lynn

    Where you been?

There are more HB decisions on this site than almost every other site combined and you want somewhere else …

Its nice to know that I can still astound people….. 😯

For future reference, hopefully the following will help. At the top of this page there is a link to “CASELAW” – new.hbinfo.org.com/menu2a/menu2a.htm .

On the “CASELAW” font page, there are three sections, each with its own white search box.

To search for, say, a CD, just enter any part of the CD reference in the Commissioners Decisions section(s). For example, if you enter “1419” and click on the grey “search” button, the search should find that CD.

    Regards

If your going to make a fool of yourself do it in style I say! 😀
